Our Fundraising Package includes a master sheet, a flyer, and an individual order sheet. Please complete and submit the master form to [email protected] once your fundraiser has ended.
The flyer, and the individual order sheet are for your use during the fundraiser, and do not need to be returned to us.

Download the master sheet to fill out and email to [email protected], once the fundraiser has ended. We will assess the order and give you a estimated pickup time.
